Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ArxEyes processes when you use our monitoring, alerting and status-page services.
Last updated August 6, 2026
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, organization and membership role.
- Monitoring configuration such as endpoint URLs, hosts, ports, check rules, selected probe regions and channel settings.
- Operational results such as uptime states, response times, errors, incidents and audit events.
- Billing and plan information. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by ArxEyes.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers and security logs.
- Status-page subscriber email addresses submitted through pages you publish.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, run monitoring checks, aggregate regional results, create incidents, deliver notifications, operate status pages, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.
3. Email and status-page subscribers
We use Resend to deliver magic links, account messages, monitor alerts and status-page subscriber updates. For subscriber messages, the ArxEyes customer publishing the status page determines the audience and purpose, while ArxEyes processes the email address to provide delivery.
4. Integrations and service providers
We share only the data necessary to provide configured functions with infrastructure and service providers, including email delivery, payment processing and customer-selected notification platforms such as Slack, Telegram, Discord, ntfy or webhook endpoints. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and sessions
ArxEyes uses essential session cookies and local preferences needed to keep you signed in, protect account access and remember interface settings. We do not describe essential authentication storage as optional advertising tracking.
6. Retention
Monitoring history is retained according to the active plan and operational requirements. Account, billing, security and audit records may be kept longer where needed for legal, fraud-prevention or service-integrity reasons. Status subscribers can unsubscribe using the available status-page controls.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including passwordless authentication, access controls and encryption of notification-channel secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update workspace information, remove monitors and channels, manage status subscribers and request account or data assistance. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information.
9. International processing and children
Service providers and probe regions may process information in multiple countries. ArxEyes is intended for business and technical users and is not directed to children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@arxeyes.com.
