ArxEyes legal

Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to ArxEyes monitoring, incident alerting, integrations and public status pages.

Last updated August 6, 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using ArxEyes, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use ArxEyes for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and access

ArxEyes uses passwordless email magic links. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account, keeping account details accurate, and promptly telling us if you believe access has been compromised.

3. Authorized monitoring

You may monitor only systems, domains, addresses and services that you own or are authorized to test. You must not use ArxEyes to scan, disrupt, overload, circumvent controls on, or obtain unauthorized information from third-party systems.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive traffic, spam, malware delivery, credential theft, harassment, infringement, or attempts to interfere with ArxEyes or other customers. We may rate-limit or suspend activity that threatens the service or third parties.

5. Plans and monthly billing

Current plan limits and monthly prices appear on our Pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Plan changes can alter check intervals, feature access and resource limits. On downgrade, excess resources may be paused rather than immediately deleted.

6. Notifications and status subscribers

You control the recipients, channels and content you configure. When visitors subscribe to your status page, you instruct ArxEyes to process their email addresses and send operational incident and recovery messages on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to communicate with those subscribers.

7. Third-party services

ArxEyes may connect to services such as Resend, Slack, Telegram, Discord, ntfy, webhook destinations and payment providers. Their availability and separate terms are outside our control. You are responsible for credentials and configurations you supply.

8. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but monitoring results and notifications are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, instantaneous or error-free. Networks, target systems and third-party providers can delay or prevent checks and delivery. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to reduce disruption.

9. Your data

You retain rights to the data and configurations you submit. You grant ArxEyes permission to process that data as needed to operate, secure and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we handle.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ArxEyes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, non-payment, security risk or legal necessity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ArxEyes is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. ArxEyes is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for your own redundancy, security or incident-response controls. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@arxeyes.com.
